The federal high court yesterday granted bail to the Bauchi state Commissioner of finance Dr Yakubu Adamu after meeting the bail conditions.
As such the Senior Special Assistant to Governor Bala Mohammed Hon Bala Saleh Chiroma (Bala Rambo) who is strong supporter of Hon Yakubu Adamu PhD for Governor in 2027 described the bail granted and his subsequent release as a victory for democracy.
In a statement made available to news men in Bauchi Alh Bala Rambo who described the detention of Hon Yakubu Adamu PhD as a political which hunt however lauded the efforts of the judiciary as the last hope of the common man.
” Though we faulted the interrogation generally but we commend the judiciary for upholding justice, fair play and the rule of law” the statement added.
Alh Bala Rambo appreciate the people of Bauchi state for their continues support and prayers for the 2027 governorship hopeful Dr Yakubu Adamu PhD, Saying it demonstrates the fact the people of Bauchi state loved him.
On the governorship ambition of the Bauchi state commissioner of finance Dr Yakubu Adamu PhD, Alh Bala Rambo said they would never be discouraged , pointing out that such trials are stepping stones towards the success of Hon Yakubu Adamu PhD come 2027 insha Allah.
” His arrest and trials at the EFCC proved to us that Dr Yakubu Adamu PhD is being loved and liked by the people and as such his ambition of inheriting his father distinguish Sen Dr Bala Mohammed remains sacrosanct.
He said grassroot mobilization for the success of the finance commissioner would now be intensified across the twenty local government areas of Bauchi state.
Alh Bala Rambo revealed that Hon Yakubu Adamu PhD possessed the requisite qualities of running for Governor come 2027 as the finance commissioner is part and parcel of Governor Bala Mohammed’s administration.
Hon Bala Rambo said youth and women in bauchi state would turn out en Mass to welcome him, demonstrating their total love and support for sustainable growth and development.
