Gov Fintiri Condoles NSA Nuhu Ribadu Over Brother’s Death

Governor Umaru Fintiri of Adamama State has condoled with the National Security Adviser (NSA), Mallam Nuhu Ribadu over the death of his immediate senior brother, Mr Salihu Ribadu. 

The Governor who was out of the state for official engagement extended his condolences to the Ribadu family house in Yola, through a powerful delegation led by the Secretary to the State Government, Barrister Awwal Tukur. 

Governor Fintiri described deceased as an accomplished man with positive impact on the state, saying his integrity and indefatigable attention to public business will no doubt be sorely missed. 

He however prayed to God to grant late Salihu Ribadu eternal rest and Aljannatul Firdausi and the family left behind, the courage to bear the irreparable and monumental loss for Adamawa State.

The National Security Adviser, Malam Nuhu Ribadu expressed gratitude on behalf of the family to the Governor and the state government for identifying with them at their trying and indeed sad moment. 

The legacy of Salihu Ahmadu Ribadu will forever be cherished, and his dedication will always be remembered. He was a veterinary Doctor and died on Sunday morning in Yola at the age 68, living behind a wife and 12 children.

Senator Abbas Mourns Adamawa PDP Publicity Secretary, Gidado Bello

The Senator Representing Adamawa Central Senatorial District Aminu Iya Abbas, has mourned the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Publicity Secretary in Adamawa, Alhaji Gidado Bello Zumo, who died on Thursday.

Gidado was reported to have slumped and died in Yola

Aminu, in a condolence message on behalf of his electorate, through his Media Office, Yola, expressed shock, disbelief and sadness over the sudden death of Gidado.

The Senator said he was devastated by the loss because, in everything that he did, Gidado was exemplary, committed to his work, courageous with his words and Publicity Affairs, and a helping hand to everyone around him.

He said as the People’s Democratic Party PDP mourn its Publicity Secretary a comrade, friend, brother, father and a champion in our struggle whom we celebrate the tremendous impact that he had on all of us throughout his life.

“My prayers are with his parents, his wife, other members of his family and all the friends that he has left behind, Gidado will be dearly missed,” Aminu said.

Gov Fintiri Mourns PDP State Publicity Secretary, Gidado Bello

Adamawa State Governor, Rt Hon. Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, has expressed sadness over the death of the State People’s Democratic Party Publicity Secretary, Mallam Muhammadu Gidado Bello.

Governor Fintiri in a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Mr Humwashi Wonosikou described Gidado’s death, as a rude shock.

Gidado Bello who also served as Chief Press Secretary to a former Deputy Governor in the State, reportedly died on Thursday.

The Governor said the deceased was a young Nigerian politician with great ideas about nation building and development.

He added that Gidado was a strong party man and an advocate of Party supremacy.

Governor Fintiri described the departed leader as a foremost organizer and coordinator who would be sorely missed by all particularly by the PDP family as a loyal party man and thorough grassroots mobiliser.

While condoling with members of the family and the teeming party faithful on behalf of the Government and people of Adamawa State, Governor Fintiri prayed to Almighty Allah to admit the soul of the departed into Al-Jannah Firdaus.

“I pray that God will grant the soul of the beloved Gidado Bello eternal rest in Aljannah Firdaus and grant his immediate family the fortitude to bear the irreplaceable loss.”

Gov Fintiri Mourns As Muhammad Bubakari Kamale Dies At 74

Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri of Adamawa State was among Muslim worshippers that attended the funeral prayer of Muhammad Bubakari kamale and one other at Modibbo Adama University Teaching Hospital (MOUTH) mosque in Yola.

Shortly after the prayer, Governor Umaru Fintiri used the period to sympathize with some of the bereaved family members.

He described the deceased as accomplished father, community pillar and a unifying factor who contributed immensely to the development of the society and the state.

Governor Fintiri prayed to Allah to grant the soul of the departed eternal rest and the family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.

Late Muhammad Bubakari kamale, aged 74, died on Tuesday after a brief illness.

He was survived by 4 wives, 24 children, grand children, and many siblings among them is former commissioner of information in the state, Musa Bubakari kamale and Barrister Aji kamale.
