Justice Joel Filibus Agya, Chief Judge of Taraba State, has announced the 2025 Easter vacation to the state High Courts.
This is contained in a Legal Notice No 2, 2025, signed by Justice Agya on Thursday and made available to newsmen in Jalingo.
He stated that the Taraba State Legal Notice No. 2 of the state High Court of Justice 2025, was in line with the Taraba State High Court Civil Procedure Rules of 2011.
“Whereas it is provided Under Order 8 Rule 4 (C) of the Taraba State High Court Civil Procedure Rules 2011.
“That the sitting of the High Court for the dispatch of cases shall be held on every weekday except during the week beginning with Easter Monday.
“Now, therefore, it is hereby directed for general information that there shall be an Easter vacation of the High Court throughout the state.
The notice revealed that the vacation will commence from Monday, April 21 2025, to Sunday, April 27, 2025.”
