The member representing Furore and Song constituency in Adamawa State, in the House of Representatives, Barrister Aliyu Wakili Boya has won a prestigious award as best performing legislator.
The National Legislative Performance Award 2023/2024 was bestowed on the lawmaker owing to his excellent performance in the Green Chamber, and contributions to the welfare of his constituents.
The award was presented to the federal lawmaker by the People’s Parliament Nigeria in conjunction with Leadership Awards Limited at Merit House, Maitama Abuja on Thursday.
In his remarks, representive Aliyu Wakili Boya who dedicated the award to his constituents, thanked the organisers for finding him worthy to receive such distinguished award.
He pointed out that the award will no doubt spur him to put more efforts in the task ahead, promising to continue to do his best to add value to the people he represents in the Green Chamber.
This was the third in the series of awards received By Hon. Boya in less than three weeks, based on his sterling leadership performance in office as representative of Fufore and Song federal constituency.
