Barrister Aliyu Wakili Boya, the member representing Fufore/Song constituency in the House of Representives has provided free community eye care treatment and medical services to 4,000 constituents.
The 2-day programme which is being sponsored by Wakili Boya Foundation in collaboration with Visions Saver Eye Care Limited is holding at Fofore Hospital.
During the exercise on 13 and 14 January, 2024, the medical team will conduct cataract surgery and provides eye treatment and medical services to the patients.
The programme which has commenced on Saturday with target of 2,000 beneficiaries each from Fufore and Song Local Government Areas of Adamawa State witnessed a mammoth crowd of constituents who trooped out for the free medical services.
Wakili Boya who is also the Chairman House of Representatives Committee on Police Institutions, had in many fora restated his commitment to serve his constituents better.
Apart from this free medical services, the federal lawmaker had previously provided relief materials to his constituents and empowered many youths and women with vocational skills.
Boya who is yet to clock one year in office, had touched the lives of many people in his constituency by securing employment slots to many youths across Fufore and Song LGAs.
