The Senator representing Adamawa Central Senatorial District in the National Assembly, Aminu Iya Abbas has congratulated newly elected 226 ward executives of People’s Democratic Party PDP in Adamawa.
The lawmaker in a statement through his media office in Yola Saturday encouraged the ward executives to justify the confidence reposed in them by the party members.
Senator Iya Abbas who doubles as chairman Senate Committee on Innovation,Science and Technology also commended Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri and the state leadership of the party for providing a level play ground for all party members across the 21 LGA’s in the state
Abbas, while commending the democratic process that brought ward exco into office described them as political grassroots.
