The Board Chairman of NAS FM Yola and Mubi, and State Coordinator of the Actualization Group, Alhaji Yau Umar Babayi, has led a delegation on a thank-you visit to the District Head of Guyaku, Gombi Local Government Area, Alhaji Usman Sarki Fada.
The visit was to express appreciation to the traditional ruler for conferring on him the title of Dan-Dallatu of Guyaku, the first of its kind in the history of the Guyaku Emirate.
Speaking during the visit, Alhaji Yau Babayi expressed deep gratitude to the District Head and the entire Guyaku community for the honour, describing the title as a symbol of trust and recognition of his contributions to community development and social progress.
He pledged to continue supporting initiatives that promote peace, unity, and development within the emirate and beyond.
In his response, Alhaji Usman Sarki Fada congratulated Alhaji Yau Babayi on the conferment and commended him for his humility, generosity, and commitment to community service.
The District Head urged him to remain a good ambassador of the Guyaku community and continue contributing to the upliftment of society.
The visit was attended by members of the Actualization Group, representatives of NAS FM management, and community leaders, who all described the recognition as well-deserved.
