A former Governor of Bauchi State and one time National Chairman of the People’s Democratic Party, Alhaji Adamu Muazu has described Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri as simply amazing.
This is contained in a statement released by Mr Humwashi Wonosikou, Press Secretary to the Adamawa State Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri.
Muazu who is in Yola to attend the wedding of the Son of Professor Suleiman Bogoro the Executive Secretary Tertiary Education Trust Fund (Tedfund) noted that Governor Fintiri has succeeded in turning Adamawa State into the Land of Beauty that it was intended to be by its foundationg fathers.
He said the urban transformation is amazing and will no doubt attract investment to the State especially that he has also succeeded in confronting insecurity and stemming crime in the State.
Muazu stated that the restoration drive has given hope to the people who have been forced to accept underdevelopment and broken promises as the normal.
The former PDP National Chairman had taken the opportunity of his visit together with the Parents of the Groom to express his profound gratitude for making them in the North East proud.
Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri appreciated former Governor Adamu Muazu and the Parents of the Groom for the honour and encomiums showered on him, adding that the commendation is another encouragement from a Son of the North East and will not betray the trust of the People.
He said he’s determined to make a difference in Governance.
Just recently the Business Day Newspaper recognised Governor Fintiri with the Award of the Best Governor in advancing Education.
The commendation is also coming after another former National Chairman of PDP Alhaji Bamanga Mohammed Tukur had commended and identified with the Governor.
