The Vice Chancellor of Modibbo Adama University, Yola, Professor Ibrahim Umar, received an Award of Excellence on behalf of the National Security Adviser, Mallam Nuhu Ribadu, during the 2025 Law Week Dinner.
The award was presented at a ceremony held at Bridge Wood Hotel, where members of the legal profession, academics, and other dignitaries gathered to mark the annual Law Week celebration.
Professor Umar, who stood in for the National Security Adviser, expressed appreciation to the NBA Yola Branch for the honour bestowed on Mallam Ribadu.
He described the recognition as a reflection of the NSA’s dedication to national security and public service.
