The Chief Medical Director, Modibbo Adama University Teaching Hospital, M.A.U.T.H Yola, Adamawa State, Prof Adamu Bakari Girei has commended the national leadership of the Medical and Health Workers’ Union of Nigeria, MHWUN for the smooth conduct of what is considered as free, fair and credible elections in the all the 45 branches of the union in the state.
Congratulating the M.A.U.T.H branch newly elected executive members, the CMD charged them to subscribe to the servant-leader philosophy, to be fair and just in addition to encouraging their members to keep the spirit of discipline, integrity and selfless service.
The newly elected executive led by Comrade Ishaku Usman, having thanked the CMD for the support and cooperation, for involving the management of the hospital to ensure a peaceful and credible election, assured member staff welfare improvement.
