Iya Abbas Foundation Donates N850,000, Pledges Classrooms for Islamic School

As part of its humanitarian mission, the Iya Abbas Foundation has donated N50,000 each to 17 graduating students of Arrayhan Islamic School for Qur’anic Memorization and Islamic Studies, located in Uba, Hong LGA of Adamawa State.

As part of its humanitarian mission, the Iya Abbas Foundation has donated N50,000 each to 17 graduating students of Arrayhan Islamic School for Qur’anic Memorization and Islamic Studies, located in Uba, Hong LGA of Adamawa State.

The donation, made during the school’s graduation ceremony on Saturday, recognizes the students for successfully memorizing the entire Holy Qur’an.

The Foundation also pledged to complete two classrooms for the school, reaffirming its commitment to improving access to quality Islamic education for underprivileged children.

Speaking at the event, Alhaji Tukur Iya Abbas, a member of the Foundation’s Board of Trustees, commended the school’s founders for their efforts in promoting Islamic knowledge in the region.

He described Islam as a religion of peace and encouraged other scholars to emulate the school’s dedication to societal development.

He congratulated the graduates and urged them to be good ambassadors of the institution and to apply their knowledge to benefit others.

The Iya Abbas Foundation is known for supporting the less privileged through scholarships, feeding programs, and free medical outreaches across Adamawa State.
