Adamawa State Governor, Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, CON has extended his condolences to former Kaduna State Governor Ahmed Makarfi and his family on the tragic loss of their son, Faisal Ahmed Makarfi.
Faisal’s life was cut short in a car accident along the Kaduna-Zaria highway on October 12, 2024.
Governor Fintiri, attending the Northern Governors Forum meeting in Kaduna, took time to sympathize with the Makarfi family, describing Faisal’s passing as shocking.
He emphasized that Faisal died in his prime, leaving behind a legacy of potential and promise.
Fintiri prayed that Allah would grant Governor Makarfi and his family the strength and fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.
Governor Fintiri was accompanied to the Kaduna residence of former Governor Makarfi by the Ag. National Chairman of the People’s Democratic Party Ambassador Iliya Umar Damagum, the Secretary to the State Government Awwal Tukur, imam Mohammed and Abubakar Isa.
