Fintiri Swears In New State Assembly Service Commission Members

Adamawa State Governor, Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, has sworn in Mrs. Hannatu Kadala as the Chairman of the Adamawa State House of Assembly Service Commission, along with four members.

During the swearing-in ceremony, Governor Fintiri stated that the appointees were selected based on their competence. He expressed confidence in their ability to effectively discharge their duties.

The governor charged the new chairman and members to take their responsibilities seriously, ensuring fairness to all staff and avoiding sentiment or personal interest. He assured them of the government’s support in addressing any challenges they may encounter.

In her remarks, Mrs. Kadala thanked Governor Fintiri for the opportunity to serve the state. She pledged to utilize her wealth of experience, along with that of the other members, to work within the commission’s rules and regulations for the development of Adamawa State.

Mrs. Kadala also called on the staff of the state assembly commission to be loyal and cooperative, assuring them that she and the other members would be fair to everyone.

Additionally, Eric Bilala was sworn in as the Adviser to the Governor on Boundary Matters. Governor Fintiri directed him to immediately address boundary disputes between local government areas in the state to promote peaceful coexistence.

The oath of office was administered by the Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Barrister Afraimu Jingi.
