In a statement made available to journalists in Yola, the Commissioner lauded Governor Fintiri for what he called “six remarkable years of impactful governance,” highlighting the administration’s achievements in infrastructure, education, health, agriculture, and human capital development.
Alhaji Yayaji particularly praised the Governor’s commitment to grassroots development through the empowerment of local governments, financial autonomy, and reforms that have brought governance closer to the people.
“As the Commissioner for Local Government Affairs, I have witnessed firsthand the Governor’s tireless dedication to building a better Adamawa. From ensuring prompt payment of the new minimum wage to supporting rural infrastructure and youth empowerment, His Excellency has remained consistent in putting people first,” Yayaji stated.
