The Chief Administrative Officer to the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN) Coordinator, Takum LG Chapter in Taraba State, Comrade Dogara Tanko has resigned from his position with immediate effect.
He made his position known in a press statement issued to newsmen on Tuesday 6th August 2024.
The statement explained that after careful consideration, Tanko expressed his discomfort working in an environment plagued by controversy.
The statement continues to say “I, Dogara Tanko, hereby tender my resignation as the Chief Administrative Officer to the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN) Coordinator, Takum Chapter.
“As someone who values harmony and constructive dialogue, I have found it increasingly challenging to fulfill my duties in this capacity.
“I have made the difficult decision to step down and focus on other pursuits that align with my values and aspirations.
“I appreciate the opportunities I have had while serving in this role and am grateful for the experience.
“I wish the NYCN Coordinator and the entire Takum Chapter continued success in their future endeavors,” the statement concluded.
