Bauchi State Independent Electoral Commission BASIEC has adjusted date for the conduct of Local Government Election from 10th August to 15th August 2024.
This is contained in a statement issued by the Chairman of the commission, Ahmed Makama and made availability to News men in Bauchi.
According to the statement, change of date is beyond the commissions control.
Ahmed Makama in the statement called on all political Parties and other stakeholders and the general public to take note of the development and regretted any inconveniences caused by the change.
