The Executive Chairman of the Adamawa State Universal Basic Education Board (ADSUBEB), Dr. Murtala Umar Babayi, has congratulated Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri on his appointment as Chairman of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) National Convention Committee, scheduled for August 2025.
