Adamawa Planning Commission Holds Induction Training For New Staff

Following the posting of new staff members to Adamawa State Planning Commission, the commission dedicated four days training the new staff on its core mandates.

Speaking During the induction training, the Executive Chairman of the State Planning Commission, Dr. Mary Paninga, said the exercise would help the newly posted Staff understand how to fit into the system and deliver on their roles.

Dr. Paninga, told the staff that the commission is an advisory body to the government, therefore, they must be proactive, and ensure that things are done accordingly, for the benefits of government and the citizens of the state.

She also stressed that as advisers to the government on all developmental projects, all staff members of the commission must be ICT compliant and be abreast of what they are supposed to do.

Some of the newly posted Staff, lauded the Executive Chairman and her management team, for organizing the induction, which they said, would enhance their performance in the commission.
