Deputy Governor of Adamawa State, Professor Kaletapwa Farauta, has called on the Numan community and its environs to support the Command Science Secondary School, Numan, to enable the institution to achieve its set objectives.
Professor Farauta made the call during the second valedictory service and the launch of the maiden edition of The Reveille magazine.
Speaking on the theme, “The Role of the Community in School Sustainability,” she emphasized that every individual has a role to play in ensuring the continued success and sustainability of the school.
In his welcome address, the Commandant of the school, Lieutenant Colonel M. G. Abubakar, appreciated the guests for their presence and thanked the outgoing students for their resilience.
He also stressed the importance of collective efforts in raising responsible, capable, and disciplined future leaders with a strong sense of consciousness.
Also speaking at the event, the General Officer Commanding (GOC) 3 Division, Nigerian Army, Jos, represented by the Commander of the 23 Armoured Brigade, Yola, commended the graduating students for their hard work, discipline, and transformation in academic excellence.
He also congratulated the management and staff of the Command Science Secondary School, Numan, for their unwavering dedication and commitment to academic discipline and progress.
He further extended his appreciation to the parents and the host community of Numan for their continued prayers and support toward the school’s growth and success.
