Ample of citizens are been killed in some parts of the country, no action is taking by the government but unfortunately the president is in Turkey celebrating his 79th birthday. Which kind of unjust is this?
Insecurity is bedevilling Nigerians but our president is mute, no action in place to tackle such menace and our president is not even in the country that time but he is in Turkey cutting cake and celebrating birthday with his relatives, friends, and families while blood is over stain in his own country.
Imagine there is insecureness in Turkey will the president be able to celebrate his birthday there? No! why because peace is very paramount in all we do in this life but the president left Nigeria in a time that Nigerians need some actions to tackle the phenomenon facing their daily routines.
What baffles me the most is what the president said when the incident occurred, according to his media aids “President Buhari expressed sadness “ that’s not enough serious President Muhammadu Buhari hasn’t shown the capacity to do any other thing about this insecurity, aside from the condolences he spews out after the incidents.
I thought when president Muhammadu Buhari arrived Nigeria from Turkey he’ll be in Sokoto for condolences but to my dismay he was in Abuja. And this shows to me the incapability of the president to rule this country, since he should be in Sokoto not Abuja when he returns to Nigeria.
President Buhari tweet on 6 January 2015 is surprising “let me make you this promise today: we will protect your children, we will protect your wealth, we will make this Country work again. Its 6 years now, has president Muhammadu Buhari been the president Nigeria expected?? No because he failed utterly.
Also on 9 December 2021, while Sokoto weeps president Buhari was in Lagos lunching a book. So tell me which kind of leader do we have in this country how would such a man rule this nation? No way because leadership requires some qualities and Buhari lack almost all the qualities.
I wonder why some Nigerians joined hand in celebrating Buhari’s 79th Birthday while some of our brothers and relatives are been killed on daily basis in some parts of the country. Atleast we should be demonstrating so that the Federal Government will hear our voices.
Lastly, I want Mr president to understand that celebrating birthday is not worth than protecting the lives of our citizens. “When anger rises, think of the consequences.” And I just pray that there will still be people alive in Nigeria when he hand over in 2023.
